Tween/Teen Zone

Collaborative Work/Play

This program offers our Tweens and Teens the opportunity to learn “tools” for self-regulation. They identify with their own sensory preferences for self-regulation which ultimately helps with organization and social skills. The purpose is to learn flexible thinking skills and independence in self-care. We will use community outings to improve their social skills, peer interaction and communication skills while becoming increasingly independent in using self calming strategies.
